Selling Your Story…
Creating a story that compels and connects is just half of it. Knowing how and where to use your story to get business is the other half. As speakers, we often think that the stage is the only place to use a story, when stories are just as powerful during that first client contact. Companies think that advertising is where the storytelling happens, when the customer service department can benefit just as much from a well told story. Stories are selling tools in meetings, on social media, webinars, sales presentations, and even in your emails. Think of it in terms of every contact you have with your buyer or potential buyer. At each of these touch points, story would make an impact to help you get business and keep it. As your story tutor, I want to help you see how story fits into your line of work and your circle of influence.
